A note on the numbers: UAE's and Puerto Rico's own yield figures run meaningfully hotter than two independent sources (Numbeo, Global Property Guide) checked against them — both stay ranked on Nomad's own published number, per Will's call, but see the yield cross-check for the full comparison before citing either country's yield externally.
